Edoardo Corti,is a third‑generation baker from Brianza: his family has been baking bread since 1926.
He built his experience between the bakery, research on raw materials and consulting for large‑scale retail, with one clear idea in mind: keeping bread culture alive, using tradition to truly innovate products and recipes.
Andrea Cagna, spent years as a business consultant, bringing order to numbers and processes.
