People are at the heart of Impasto Italiano. Because behind every focaccia there is a relationship that grows over time.

Clients


We work side by side with our clients. We listen to how they are organised: the type of point of sale, customer flows, available equipment, level of in‑house skills. From there we build the work together through consultancy, in‑oven trial sessions, support for counter organisation, hands‑on training for store teams tailored to their experience level, and targeted customisations of doughs, formats and recipes when they have specific needs.

Suppliers


We select our suppliers carefully, to obtain flours suitable for our doughs, the finest ingredients and the most precise machinery. With them we build transparent, long‑term relationships, that allow us to truly know what goes into our doughs and the technologies that process them.  

STAFF


On the production line the set‑up is industrial, but the work is built around people. Our bakers and operators know the dough, can read its consistency and understand when a focaccia is ready for the next step.

Technology enhances these gestures and helps us make them repeatable at scale.

To support this work we create structured training programmes, guiding people from their first day in the company through to full autonomy in their role. Our care also goes beyond the bakery: we provide housing for foreign workers, so they can count on housing stability and focus on professional growth and work quality.
